You have to do the blood work six months before you go (to avoid six months rabies quarantine) and the paperwork was very confusing. I have thought often of going to England for a year or two. The fact that they are open to dogs makes it all the more enticing! I have two Border Collies and I've often thought they would enjoy England more than California, if you can believe that. I'm enchanted by the Dog Doors you mention in the fences!
